How we handle your information

Short version: we use what you tell us to build your Fix Pack, and that's it.

What we collect

• Intake answers. Your business details, contact details, services, service area, hours, and the other answers on the intake form.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Email. Anything you send to [email protected].

How we use it

We use your answers and your public Google listing to create and deliver your Fix Pack, and to contact you about your order. If you choose to give us Manager access, we use it only to apply the changes in your Fix Pack.

Where it's stored

Intake submissions are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. While you fill in the form, your draft answers are also saved in your own browser so you don't lose them if you close the page. They are cleared from your browser after a successful submission.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

To get a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email [email protected].
